to everyone who read comments from 903harman. first do not attempt to put ramsticks into container with hydrofluoric acid if you want to live. it has to be hydrochloric. do your homework and search terms you want to use. second from 100 ramsticks you can get less than or about one gram of gold that depens on your experience, chemicals, set up and techinque.
@ForTehNguyen I believe you are wrong on at least two of these statements and maybe three. Silver has the highest electrical and thermal conductivity and without a doubt the most reflective.
Don’t sell it! Value is only going to increase over the next decade. Sell it when you need the money, and make sure you get at least 1000 for it. Platinum nuggets are very rare in the world and most is recovered from placer sedimentary deposits, in other words it’s usually in dust form when found. Nuggets are specimens and are worth much more than the industrial value of the mineral weight itself. If I were you I would keep it. I’d buy it for 1000.
@jimbob202019 no thats somewhat low platinum has risen in price drastically and is around 1000 pounds per ounce…what you have is around half an ounce

I wonder how many CPUs need to be recycled to get even one carat of gold?
does anybody know roughly how much each processor is worth for its gold content?
@SakeBottle
highest electrical conductivity
highest thermal conductivity
highest light reflectivity
anti microbial properties
all in a single metal!
0:55 Celery!
@Claybreaker2 i agree unless i see it first!
wow that is amazing, but how many computers do you need
What if there are other metals in the processor, like steel it looks like.
@chevito11 standered isnt 7% chemical is about 30%
Silver is the best conductor?
