What is the best prepaid cell phone available with roll over minutes?
My cell phone contract ends at the end of the month and my wife and I want to get prepaid cell phones. I want the best cell phone that has a camera and some games, and we want the best prepaid phone card that has roll over minutes or whatever is the best thing available.

I’d highly recommend Net 10 or Boost Mobile. Both offer a pay as you go rate of 10cents per minute. Or if you do a lot of talking and would rather have a allotted minute plan like the contract phone, you can check out Boostmobile.com and their premium plans, or check out Virgin Mobiles plans. Both are prepaid.

The best prepaid cell phones are T-Mobile. There is no monthly bill, you just pay for refills with T-Mobile prepaid cell phone plans either online or by buying a minute card at a retail location nationwide.

Trac Fone or Net 10 are honestly probably your best bet. You can get a good quality phone for cheap, and you usually get around 300 minutes for free.
They both use a major wireless company towers, so you souldn’t have to worry abut poor reception.
The important thing to remember is keeping up with the expiration date for your minutes. As long as you buy a new card before your minutes expire, they will roll over for the next month. I’m pretty sure that both of these companies offer a plan that will last you for 90 days.
The more minutes you buy at once, the cheaper the price for each individual minute. Do not pay more than 10 cents a minute.
Hope this helps and enjoy your stay in the US!

Who has the best prepaid cell phones?
Our teenager is causing havouc with our cellphone bill. Just opened the mail and the bill is $598.17. Our bill has not been lower than $400.00 in months. Needless to say, he has to come OFF our contract. We want him to have free nights and weekends. We just do not want him on a contract. Who has the best plans. Please provide links and references. Thanks

What is the best prepaid cell phone available for short term?
I am planning on visiting Cambridge, MA for 3 months from Japan. What’s the best prepaid cell phone for me just for 3 months in that area? I would be using my cell only for local call for less than 30 min. a month, no text, no e-mailing, no web surfing. As far as I research, Virgin Mobile is good? Or Trac Fone?? Any other prepaid phones you would suggest?

The best service is AT&T. They have a plan called go phone. You dont have to buy individual minutes. You can buy a prepaid plan. I think you can get 400 minutes , nights and weeks for $49.99 a month. The only catch is that they disconnect your phone once you have used all of your minutes. But still, its a lot cheaper than prepaid. I had it and its great. Here ya go:
