Seriously Cheap Rates on International Toll Free Numbers

Author: Michael Framer

If you've been considering getting an international toll free number for your business, but haven't done so because of the cost, you'll be pleasantly surprised to discover that international toll free numbers do not need to cost a fortune. Many telecommunication service providers offer low-cost call forwarding both locally and internationally. As with most phone services, plans vary. Here's a look at what's currently available.

Call Forwarding Service Plans: Flat Rate Plans with Bundled Minutes
Like cell phone plans, international toll free call forwarding plans are often offered with a flat rate that includes a predetermined number of minutes. For example, you might find an international call forwarding plan that charges a specific monthly fee for a specific number of minutes such as per month for 900 minutes of global call forwarding or 0 per month for 4,000 minutes of international toll free call forwarding.

When considering flat rate plans with bundled minutes, you'll want to choose your plan wisely. While it may make sense to go with the plan offering the most minutes, you could be overpaying if you don't come close to using up your monthly allotment. If you go with a plan offering too few minutes for your usage, you will be charged for each additional minute at a predetermined per minute rate. Carefully evaluate this rate and do the math to figure out if it makes sense to stay with the smaller plan or upgrade to the next level.

Another consideration is whether or not the international call forwarding provider offers rollover minutes. If so, you will be able to bank any leftover minutes and use them during higher volume months.

Call Forwarding Service Plans: Per Minute Plans
Another option is to get an international toll free number and pay only for the minutes used. You'll pay slightly more on a per-minute basis than if you opt for a flat rate plan with bundled minutes. However, if you don't expect heavy international toll free usage, this may be the better choice. For example, if you only expect to use 20 minutes per month, going with a per minute plan with slightly higher per minute rates may be less expensive than going with a flat rate plan that includes far more minutes than you expect to use.

Call Forwarding Service Plans: Month-to-Month Plans
Some service providers offer international toll free numbers and phone call forwarding on a month-to-month basis. This is the perfect option for any company that isn't sure how much use the virtual number will receive or that needs international call forwarding on a temporary basis. It's also ideal for those that do not like long term contracts and want the ability to upgrade or downgrade service without hassles.

Whether you need a local or international call forwarding solution, virtual numbers and international toll free numbers are seriously cheap. Take the time to search for calling plans that best meet your calling needs and put your new virtual phone numbers to work for you.

Free Prepaid Cell Phones Advice – Should You Really Sign Up For A Prepaid Cell Phone Plan?

By John F. Baker

Cell phones are as common place as anything else in this day and age, however there are some circumstances where it may be impossible (due to poor credit) or simply not prudent (your 14 year old) for you to enter into a traditional cell phone contract. In many cases, a prepaid cell phone is an excellent and much wiser substitute.

In this article, I’ll give you a brief overview of how prepaid cell phones work, what advantages they offer, as well as the disadvantages. Hopefully by the time you’re done reading this, you’ll have a better idea of whether or not you should sign up for a prepaid cell phone plan.

As far as advantages go, prepaid cellular phones have many. For one, they don’t require a long-term contract (or any contract for that matter). With prepaid plans, you don’t have to be concerned with getting locked into a contract and having to pay excessive fees in order to break it.

Another advantage to prepaid mobile phones is that there are no deposits or service fees. Because you pay for everything up front, you don’t have to worry about plucking down a fat deposit just to get service.

Lastly, prepaid cell phones offer an easy way to limit talk time and activity. If you have a teenage daughter on your family plan, you’ll know exactly where I’m coming from here. With prepaid plans, there are no surprises when the monthly bill arrives in the mail and you’ll never have to worry about punishing your kids because they ran over your minutes limit!

As far as disadvantages go, calls tend to be a bit more expensive than traditional cell phone plans and you always run the risk of getting cut off in the middle of an important call because you ran out of minutes.

Despite these few downsides, I really am a firm believer that prepaid cell phones are an excellent choice for many people and I highly recommend them if you have children or a poor credit history.

Developing A Business Plan

Developing a Business Plan ...

Developing a Business Plan

Author: Dreep Ivya

Paradoxically, developing a business plan is among the most important steps toward creating your business and establishing its credibility, yet many entrepreneurs seem to ignore researching how to develop one. This affects their credibility, hurts their chances of securing funding, and makes it difficult to keep the business on track.

To develop a business plan, you should first consider what your offering, both as-is and in relation to your customers and competitors. What do you offer customers (that your competitors don't – and, no, it shouldn't be some meaningless gimmick)? What obstacles exist in bringing the product to market? You must answer those questions.

As a continuation of that, you should also analyze your market. This means finding out what your customers want and how you can reach them. You must provide information about market size, potential market growth, and delivery plans. This should also provide a marketing strategy with detailed information regarding costs. If you are creating a retail business, you should include information about location, including market demographics.

You also need to consider competition, as well as your strengths and weaknesses over them. Find out how to exploit the competitors' weaknesses, and cope with their strengths. However, be realistic about your prospects and don't hide information. You'll only hurt yourself in the end.

Your business plan must also include information about your planned organizational structure. How many employees? How many managers? How many senior personnel? If you have managers, provide information about their experience. Your plan should provide a detailed picture of who's in charge. Investors want to know that your managers know the industry and your business's operational procedure.

You should also provide information about manufacturing procedure, as well as any vendor and distributor relationships needed to get the product ready and delivered to the customers.

Provide financial information, including a three-to-five year historical summary and future projections. Of course, if your company is new, you won't have a three-to-five year history, so just provide what is available. In addition, you should provide information regarding any potential collateral, which can help you secure funding if the numbers don't help investors feel confident in your business, but be aware that such collateral will be forfeit if the investors are unsatisfied with your company's performance.

Finally, you need to provide information about company history and objectives.

With this information, you should be able to develop a successful business plan.

How to Choose a Business Plan Writing Service

By Jason Kay

A well written business plan is what will determine whether or not potential investors will put money into your business venture and can also mean the difference of a vendor extending you credit or not. If you feel that you may not be able to adequately write your business plan then you may find it in your best interest to retain the services of a business plan writing service.

If you conduct a Google, Yahoo, or Ping search for ‘business plan wring service’ you will be overwhelmed with the number of returns that you will be faced with. So how do you go about choosing a business plan writing service?

The natural tendency for many people will be to look directly at the price of the service. While the price should be considered it should not be the determining factor when making your choice. This doesn’t mean that you have to go with the most expensive service available, but you probably don’t want to go for the cheapest either.

Here are some other considerations to think about when choosing a business plan writing service:

•Experience: You will want to find a business plan writing service that has been around for a while. More than that tough you want to be sure that they are experienced in writing business plans for the type of business in which you are in. It does you little good to hire a business plan writing service that only writes business plans for tech companies if your company is not involved in the tech sector.

•Quality: The only way to tell how well a company writes is by looking directly at their work. If you do not see samples of the company’s work that you are considering then ask them to provide you with some. A quality business plan writing service will be more than happy to show off their past work.

•Turn Around Time: You should find out from the company you are considering how long it will take for them to complete your business plan. This is important especially if you are in somewhat of a hurry to get your business plan done. While there is no real industry standard, some companies will be faster than others and some can speed up the process for a little bit extra in cost, but you won’t know if you don’t ask.

•Reviews: Many business plan writing services will have reviews that have been conducted of their services from past customers and these are a great way to see how others like the services of a company you may be considering. Just as with the samples, if you do not see any reviews on the website then ask the company to give you some referral numbers and take the time to call the referrals. If a company won’t give you any referrals then you can probably estimate that they may not be all that good.

While you may get lucky and find the perfect business plan writing company with your first inquiry you should conduct at least three. This way you can see what different companies have to offer and if everything is the same you can then do your price comparison and go with the company that will be the best bargain for you.
